Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with Hemp Paste™️. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Hemp Paste and all affiliate websites charge a $2.99 processing fee.

Free Shipping on orders over $50

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES (DOMESTIC)

Shipping charges are reflected upon checkout.

*Overnight delivery is only available with delivery addresses within the continental US.

PO BOXES

HempPaste and all affiliate websites deliver to PO Boxes through USPS. Shipping charges will be reflected on your balance even if your order is more than $50.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Due to international laws regarding shipping to various countries, HempPaste products can no longer be shipped internationally indefinitely.

If you are an international customer, we are more than happy to ship your orders to a US Domestic friend or family member who then can forward it on to yourself.

Processing Time

ALL ORDERS:

Shipment confirmation and tracking numbers

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipping containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Hemp Paste and affiliate websites are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim with the mail carrier. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Hemp Paste and affiliate websites are not responsible for any disruptions of the package after it leaves the Hemp Paste facility.

Return Policy

Order Cancellations

If you call and cancel your order directly after it is placed, we can cancel the said order unless it has already been shipped out of our facility. Orders that you submit online are processed that day (weekdays) and might have already been shipped.

FedEx and USPS can return, redirect, or hold your package. We ask that you kindly pay for the shipping fees. Please make note that your mistake or change of mind should logically be a cost that you occur.

BEFORE YOU DECIDED TO RETURN A PRODUCT

If you received the shipment and it has been less than 15 days, then you can return any unopened products but kindly read the following.

In most cases, we have to discard the product and it is a complete company loss. 

  • IT IS HIGHLY recommended that you keep the product and use it or give it to a friend or family member. 
  • Based on our discretion we might refund 50% of the purchase price and let you keep the product. 

IF YOU MUST RETURN IT.

Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, you can return that item within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. Our return policy does not apply to the following goods: chocolates and probiotics. These items are not eligible for a return, refund or exchange. Original seals MUST be intact for us to accept any and all food-based products.

SHIPPING 

To initiate a return, please email office@MyNutra.com. 

You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds and Exchanges

After we have received your valid return, we will send you an email to notify you that We have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.

If your return is accepted by us, We will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, a check, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.

General

If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange or to impose different or additional conditions.
